Guided, plain-English form
We ask about your business, how customers opt in and what you plan to send — no carrier jargon, no spreadsheets.
US carriers require every business that texts customers from a local number to register. Mista turns that process into a short guided form, reviews your answers before submission, and handles the rest.
We ask about your business, how customers opt in and what you plan to send — no carrier jargon, no spreadsheets.
Your answers are checked against the most common rejection reasons: missing opt-in language, mismatched business details, vague sample messages and invalid websites.
We submit your brand and your campaign to The Campaign Registry and keep track of carrier review for you.
Once your campaign is approved, your US numbers are attached to it and enabled for messaging.
Your dashboard shows where your registration is — submitted, in review, approved — and what to fix if a carrier asks for changes.
US texting setup is part of every paid Mista plan, with clear pricing and no surprise fees from us.
Legal name, EIN, address and website, exactly as they appear on your IRS records.
Choose a use case, add sample messages and explain how customers opt in.
We flag anything likely to be rejected so you can fix it before carriers see it.
Carrier review usually takes a few business days. Your numbers are enabled as soon as you are approved.
A2P 10DLC stands for application-to-person messaging over 10-digit long codes — ordinary US local phone numbers used by businesses. AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and other US carriers created the 10DLC system so that business texting is registered, accountable and trusted by consumers.
Registration has two parts. Your brand describes who you are: your legal business name, EIN, address and website. Your campaign describes what you send: the use case, sample messages, opt-in method, and opt-out and help replies. Unregistered business texts are filtered or blocked by carriers.
The most common reasons for rejection are a business name that does not match IRS records, a website that does not load or does not describe the business, sample messages that do not match the selected use case, missing STOP and HELP language, and an opt-in description that does not explain how a customer agrees to receive texts.
Mista checks your answers for these problems while you fill in the form, then runs a final review before submission. That means fewer back-and-forth rounds with carriers and a faster path to sending.
Filling in the Mista form takes about five minutes. Brand verification can take from minutes to a few days, and carrier campaign review typically takes three to seven business days.
US businesses register with their EIN and legal business name as shown on IRS records. Those details must match exactly, which is one of the things Mista checks before submission.
Your dashboard shows the reason. You can update your answers and resubmit, and Mista helps you understand what the carrier is asking for.
